Stepping Stone Clubhouse is a welcoming community where adults aged 18 years and over living with mental ill-health or illness can connect, contribute and work towards their personal recovery goals. Members participate alongside staff in meaningful work, learning, social and wellbeing activities that build confidence, independence, relationships and a sense of belonging.
There is no need for a formal diagnosis or NDIS eligibility to access our programs.
People come to Stepping Stone Clubhouse for many reasons, including improving their mental wellbeing, reducing social isolation, building everyday living skills, exploring education or employment opportunities, strengthening community connections and working towards their identified goals.
This form can be completed by someone seeking support or by a family member, carer, friend, health professional or community organisation on their behalf. You do not need to know which service is right. Simply complete this form and our team will review the information provided and contact the appropriate person to discuss the next steps.
