If you, or someone you know, needs further information or would like to visit Stepping Stone Clubhouse for an introductory tour, please telephone 3847 1058 to arrange for an appointment
To become a member:
- You need to have a history of a mental illness.
- Phone for a tour. Tours are held on Wednesday and Thursday at 10.30am or 11.30am. Your tour guide will give you a general tour of the clubhouse. Remember to ask lots of questions.
- Fill out a referral form. Referrals can come from your treating doctor, through the clinic, or alternatively, you can self-refer. You will receive a referral form at the end of your tour. You can fill this out at the clubhouse, or take it home and send it in at your convenience.
- Participate in Orientation. Orientation is every Wednesday and is a chance for you to meet new people and find out more about the clubhouse. Becoming a member is voluntary. It is your choice as to whether you want to come to Stepping Stone Clubhouse.
Membership is FREE.
