Hospitality Unit
Food Service – the main purpose of food service is to prepare a daily, healthy and nutritious lunch for staff and members of the clubhouse. This involves several tasks, including: menu planning; budgeting; shopping; preparing and serving meals; and cleaning.
Lunch is served daily at 12:30 pm prepared by F.I.S.H. unit. The cost of lunch is $3.50 for a main meal or salad bar or $2.50 for sandwich/special roles. We also do take home meals from $3. The menu is planned weekly and if you would like to be involved please attend the weekly planning meeting in the FISH Unit on Thursday at 2.30pm.
On the 21st of September we held our AGM dinner and the FISH Unit prepared a delicous buffet to feed around 40 people. Guests were blown away by the quality of food and we were proud to say we get to eat here like this everyday.
